to provide a temporary hotel which offers high standard accommodation for business travelers and occupants of the BIAP Economic Zone.

  • 2.5m fence surrounding compound with privacy screen.
  • 2 Entrances (1 guest, 1 service) fully staffed by Global Security 24 hrs.
  • Illuminate parking area and compound.
  • Management Company provides additional internal security.
 

Power:

Hotel is on a stand alone grid with redundant power on site.

 

Water:

  • Potable water-- bottled water
  • Shower and toilet water-- in tanks on site.

Parking:

lighted parking area with spaces for 40 cars.

Queen size bed, private bathroom with shower, wireless internet, flat screen TV, microwave, mini-refrigerator, telephone to front desk

 

20x “Type B”

2xTwin size beds, private bathroom with shower, wireless internet, flat screen TV, microwave, flat screen TV, kitchenette, telephone to front desk

 

 

Restaurant:

 

  • Full service restaurant capable of seating at least 100 people at a time for 3 meals per day. Quality furnishing (commercial grade solid wood)

  • Full sit down dining service

Bar:

Wet bar with a seating capacity of at least 10 people including sink, ice maker, drink coolers.

 

Internet Cafe:

At least two work stations with desktop computers and high speed internet access*

* there is wireless internet in every room as well as the lobby


Gym:

5 cardio machines, a universal gym, personal stretching/workout space.
Equipment will be commercial grade quality with at least 2 stationary bicycles, 2 treadmills and one cross-trainer machine.


Medical Aid Station:

One aid room staffed by a full time employee to provide basic first aid care.

 

Laundry Facility:

Commercial grade laundry facilities on site for all hotel and restaurant linens and guest usage.

 

 

Management Contract Base Elements:

  1. Automated reservation and booking system

  2. Full time hotel manager, 2 assistants

  3. Full service lobby operations

  4. Shuttle bus service to BIAP

  5. Full maintenance staff

  6. Full janitorial staff

fully functioning cafeteria to service all building occupants to be managed by property management company.

6 floors of scalable office space/meeting rooms. Can accommodate up to 500 tenants and over 19,000 sq meters of office space.

the building is wired for internet access in every office space/meeting room.
